What the app and this site are

Pocket Lofi plays original lofi music in stations, with a sleep timer and background play. This website adds a focus timer and guides about studying, sleep and sound.

Your responsibility

The guides summarize published research for general interest. They are not medical advice, and the app is not a treatment for a sleep or attention condition. Keep the volume at a comfortable level, especially overnight and with headphones.

Purchases and payment

Paid features, if offered, are billed by Apple through your App Store account and can be managed in your App Store settings.
