Where our information comes from
Guides on noise, sleep, focus and study techniques are written against peer-reviewed studies (via PubMed and PMC), the Sleep Foundation, university pages and clinic explainers such as the Cleveland Clinic and Harvard Health. Each guide lists its sources, and a claim describes what a study found, including its size, rather than promising an outcome.
How we use AI
AI helps draft the guides. Every claim is then checked against its source before a page becomes indexable, and the review ledger lives in the repository as TOPICS-REVIEW.md.
What the app is, and is not
Pocket Lofi plays original lofi music in five stations. It does not generate white, pink or brown noise, and it does not play binaural beats; guides on those subjects exist because people ask, and each one says plainly that the app plays music instead. Nothing here is medical advice.
